KCC Silicone plans to strengthen its foothold in the Asian market with a range of newly developed products featuring KCC’s proprietary technology. 2024-10-28

From November 5-7, KCC Silicone will participate in "In-Cosmetics Asia 2024" in Bangkok, Thailand. As Asia’s largest ingredients exhibition, In-Cosmetics Asia brings together global manufacturers from Asia, Europe, and North America.

At this exhibition, KCC Silicone will introduce innovative products that showcase its exclusive technology. One key product is SeraSilk PDA 90, a silica blend gel free from microplastics. Using advanced KCC technology and know-how, SeraSilk PDA 90 features a high-content silica dispersion technology, with relevant patents filed for this proprietary product. The spherical silica, naturally derived, imparts a soft, powdery finish with a soft-focus effect, while the polysilicone-11 gel blend offers a unique, smooth, and moisturizing feel that adheres well to the skin.

Given the global attention to environmental issues surrounding microplastic regulations, the distinct sensory feel and unique technology of SeraSilk PDA 90 is expected to attract worldwide interest.

Another product, SeraShine EM QSE, is a silicone emulsion combining amodimethicone and polyquaternium-10, two conditioning agents widely used in hair care products. This product provides excellent conditioning effects on both wet and dry hair, helping to repair damaged hair, reduce static, and tame frizz.

Through this exhibition, KCC Silicone aims to leverage its high-performance products that align with global trends to expand its presence in the Asian market. By engaging potential clients, the company seeks to establish a solid position in the rapidly growing Asian cosmetics sector.
